Key Responsibilities for the Enterprise Architect:
- Define and implement enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with executive management to shape strategic initiatives and drive innovation.
- Monitor industry trends, assess emerging technologies, and align them with future-state business models.
- Oversee the architecture decision-making framework, risk mitigation, and portfolio implementation.
- Mentor teams on architectural principles and ensure alignment across business units.
Qualifications for the Enterprise Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with 7+ years of Enterprise Architecture expeirence.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture patterns, cloud computing, microservices, and containerization.
- Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile (SAFe).
- Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and data modeling skills.
- Experience in Operational Technology
- Experience with Digital Transformation projects
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization
