Job Title: Project Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Sandy Springs, GA (2-3 days onsite per week)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong mechanical engineering background to lead and oversee projects in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days onsite each week, with up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful execution and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and commissioning.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Address challenges related to installation and commissioning, providing effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and ERP/SAP systems to track progress and performance.
• Maintain high standards of self-performance and accountability, ensuring tasks and assignments are completed successfully.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• PMI certification is highly desirable.
• 5-7 / 10+ years of project management experience, with management experience being a strong advantage.
• Background in the packaging industry
• Proficient in MS Office, Project, and ERP/SAP systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
