Job Description

Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator III


Summary: The primary role of a Project Coordinator is to support the Project Manager and project teams in ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently and effectively. The coordinator ensures optimal resource allocation and timely completion of tasks.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Establish and assemble project teams, coordinating their activities.
  • Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, and project tracking and analysis.
  • Perform economic and other analyses to achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage critical milestones throughout the project to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Support procurement, including PO issues, tracking, and shipping logistics.
  • Support internal hardware device allocation and distribution.
  • Partner with Technical Program Managers and Engineering Leads for budget management.
  • Support build matrix development.
  • Manage hardware bill of materials (BOM) and engineering changes.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required.
  • Proven track record in budget management.
  • Previous experience working with APAC vendors.
  • Proficiency in using office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
