A client of the 415 Group is actively looking for a National Sales Manager!


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our national sales program and drive growth in both national and regional markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key national accounts, as well as fostering growth in smaller regional markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals across all regions.


Maintain Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with national clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.


Expand Regional Markets: Develop strategies to grow sales in smaller regional markets, working closely with local sales manager.


Collaborate with Other Departments: Work with project management, design and estimating, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.


Reporting: Understand regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.


Generate new appointments through networking, referrals, face-to-face prospecting, trade shows, and cold calling.


Build and manage a sales pipe line.


Ensure internal customer teams are set-up for success when a client is handed off.



Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role, preferably in the signage or related industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

  8. Proven track record of pipeline development and closing sales in the construction, engineering, land development, and/or signage industry


Travel: Willingness to travel nationally to meet with clients and regional sales teams.
