The Human Resource Manager is a key operational and strategic business partner who ensures a best-in-class employee experience. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership and team members to drive engagement, improve HR processes, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth. About the Job:

Talent Management & Onboarding:

  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent and manage full-cycle recruitment for our organization
  • Promote and develop leadership and professional development programs, utilizing both internal and external resources
  • Manage the onboarding process, including orientation and integration for new hires
  • Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Foster employee engagement and create an exceptional employee experience that reflects our standards. (core values)

Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
  • Manage and resolve performance issues fairly and consistently
  • Manage and support performance management processes
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on coaching and progressive discipline

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and specific employment laws
  • Maintain accurate employee data and reporting
  • Management of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and analytics, compensation adjustments, and coordination of benefits offering
  • Regularly update employee handbooks and policies to reflect legal changes

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience within human resources disciplines including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and team engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience designing and implementing employee training and development programs
  • Strong organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
