Talent Management & Onboarding:
- Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent and manage full-cycle recruitment for our organization
- Promote and develop leadership and professional development programs, utilizing both internal and external resources
- Manage the onboarding process, including orientation and integration for new hires
- Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning initiatives.

Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters
- Manage and resolve performance issues fairly and consistently
- Manage and support performance management processes
- Provide expert guidance to managers on coaching and progressive discipline
HR Operations & Compliance
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and specific employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee data and reporting
- Management of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and analytics, compensation adjustments, and coordination of benefits offering
- Regularly update employee handbooks and policies to reflect legal changes

Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience within human resources disciplines including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and team engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience designing and implementing employee training and development programs
- Strong organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
