Position Title: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Building & Expansion:
o Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to build a high-performing team in Detroit.
o Identify and attract top talent in the high-tech industry, with a focus on professionals who align with our company culture and business objectives.
2. HR Strategy Implementation:
o Develop and implement HR strategies that support the branch's business goals and objectives.
o Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in compliance with HR laws and regulations.
3. Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking:
o Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business and its strategic direction.
o Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with overall business strategy, driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Communication & Coordination:
o Serve as a liaison between the Detroit branch and the headquarters in China, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
o Foster open and transparent communication within the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
o Proactively identify and address HR-related issues and challenges.
o Utilize strong problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that support the business and its employees.
6. Cross-Cultural Management:
o Possess a deep understanding of cultural differences and their impact on workplace dynamics.
o Effectively manage and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
7. Compliance & Legal Knowledge:
o Stay up-to-date with local HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
o Ensure all HR activities are compliant, mitigating legal risks and protecting the company's interests.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a HR Manager, preferably in the high-tech, automation solution, robot or automotive industry.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated expertise in cross-cultural management and global HR practices.
• In-depth knowledge of local HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software and tools.
• English is the working language.
