Job Summary
As a School Psychologist (LSSP) with Platinum Therapy, you will support students in in-person/hybrid roles across Texas. You’ll be responsible for conducting assessments, providing individual and group psychotherapy sessions, and collaborating with educators to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Excellent Clinical Support for School Psychologists (LSSP)
Duties and Responsibilities
As a School Psychologist (LSSP), your responsibilities include:
Conducting psychotherapy sessions with students to address mental health concerns.
Performing assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for students.
Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and school policies.
Facilitating group therapy sessions to support students in a collaborative setting.
Utilizing expertise from post-residency or equivalent experience to provide high-quality care, including interventions for children with developmental disabilities.
Collaborating with educators and administrators to implement strategies for student success.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a School Psychologist (LSSP), you will need:
Texas State School Psychologist (LSSP) Certification or License (required).
Experience working in a school setting (strongly preferred).
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with children and adolescents.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
