Job Summary

As a School Psychologist (LSSP) with Platinum Therapy, you will work in in-person/hybrid school-based roles across Texas, offering targeted mental health support to students. Responsibilities include conducting psychotherapy sessions, performing assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Pay Rate: $50 to $65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

As a School Psychologist (LSSP), your responsibilities include:

Conducting psychotherapy sessions to address students’ mental health concerns
Performing assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Facilitating group therapy sessions to promote collaborative learning
Utilizing clinical expertise (including post-residency experience) to provide high-quality care
Implementing appropriate interventions for students with diverse needs, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Qualifications and Skills

To excel as a School Psychologist (LSSP), you will need:

Texas State School Psychologist (LSSP) Certification or License (required)
Experience in a school setting (preferred)
Strong clinical and communication skills to effectively engage students, families, and educators
Commitment to ethical standards and evidence-based practices
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
