Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in medical staff credentialing and privileging.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (CMS, The Joint Commission, etc.).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; credentialing software experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage credentialing, privileging, and reappointment processes for medical staff.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and submit applications to the Medical Executive Committee.
Oversee Focused and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE/OPPE).
Maintain medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.
Support the election of Medical Staff Officers.
Assist with CMS/TJC/Agency surveys and ensure ongoing regulatory readiness.
