Job Purpose:

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, development, and integration of electrical and hydraulic systems that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Combining technical expertise with best practices in management, you will play a critical role in driving company value and team development.

Duties for the Engineering Manager:

• Build and develop a high-performing team to support sales growth.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and implement engineering best practices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources for projects.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (with a focus on hydraulic systems preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with NFPA 79 standards.
• Proven experience leading complex engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced engineering tools.
• Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
