Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of the warehouse. Responsibilities include ordering, sourcing, pulling, organizing, and maintaining inventory, as well as assisting with loading/unloading products and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Pull inventory to assemble parts and fixtures for jobs.
- Stock shelves and manage back stock/returns.
- Accurately check vendor orders and follow the proper process for discrepancies.
- Notify Purchasing of any order discrepancies immediately.
- Properly document and turn in all paperwork.
- Pick up stock from vendors as needed.
- Manage product returns and notify Purchasing to track credits.
- Assist in tracking equipment assigned to employees.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and grounds.
- Prepare the shop for morning dispatch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Age: Minimum 21 years old (due to insurance restrictions).
Driver’s License: SC driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record (not including permit).
- Out-of-state driver’s license holders must provide a Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
- Note: Our insurance company does not allow onboarding without a 5-year clean driving record.
Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in hot and cold environments and lift up to 60 lbs.
Skills:
- Computer and internet proficiency.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Work Hours and Benefits
