Job Title: Project Manager - Cryptography

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cryptography to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end projects in a large enterprise environment, utilizing various tools to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in cryptography projects, particularly with Public or Private Key Infrastructure (PKI), and the ability to work effectively with engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end cryptography projects in a large enterprise setting
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and MS Project to manage project timelines, tasks, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineers on PKI governance, including building, distributing, and configuring PKIs
- Ensure project alignment with organizational security standards, particularly in the use of Venafi tool for managing keys
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on progress
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Top 3 Requirements:
- Cryptography project experience
- Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and MS Project
- End-to-end project management experience in a large enterprise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with financial institutions
- Knowledge of PKI, public key infrastructure, and private key infrastructure
- Familiarity with hardware security modules (HSM)
- Experience working on security projects in large enterprises
- 5 years of project management experience; 1 year of cryptography experience is highly desirable
Additional Information:
- Experience with Venafi tool for key management is advantageous
- No hands-on cryptography engineering required, but a strong understanding of the concepts is essential
