Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and execution of market access strategies for a growing biopharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and roll-out of value propositions, pricing strategies, and contracting approaches across payer channels. You will also support the development of brand plans and integrated customer planning tactics to achieve market access objectives.
Pay: $60-66/hr
Contract: 6 months
Location: Hybrid - Ridgefield, CT
Typical Projects:
- Development and implementation of a value proposition strategy.
- Integration of pricing and contracting approaches across various payer channels.
- Support the execution of the brand plan and tactics aimed at achieving Market Access objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 6 years in pharmaceutical marketing, market access, or other relevant fields.
- Proven experience working with National Accounts and Payors.
- Previous experience in market access strategy for product launches or pipeline products.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Skills:
- Strong clinical, health economic, or scientific knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of the market access landscape, external access, and reimbursement processes.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and resources for National/Payor accounts.
- Track record of driving strategic initiatives and successfully defining market challenges and opportunities.
- Experience in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
