Customer Service Associate – Wealth Management

Location: Santa Fe, NM (Hybrid: In-Office Tuesday–Friday, Remote Mondays)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Partner with our broker-dealer to ensure accurate account management, compliance, and timely processing of client transactions.
  • Manage administrative tasks including document management, client records, workflow software updates, and general office support.
  • Handle operational activities such as account openings, deposits/withdrawals, and client account maintenance.
  • Assist clients with navigating online account platforms and resolving issues effectively.
  • Support team projects aimed at improving office efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our CRM and related systems.
  • Display emotional intelligence when working with clients, particularly in sensitive situations such as trusts and estate planning.


What We’re Looking For

  • A strong client-first attitude with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • High emotional intelligence and an empathetic approach when dealing with clients’ unique situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating new systems (experience with RedTail, eMoney, or Envestnet is a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a desire to bring ideas for process improvement.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a small team while independently managing individual responsibilities.
