Client is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide treatment to children diagnosed with autism in our clinical center setting and in client homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism
• Provide supervision and mentoring to Behavior Technicians
• Develop innovative functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism (preferred)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to client homes (reliable transportation and valid driver's license required)
