Client is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide treatment to children diagnosed with autism in our clinical center setting and in client homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism
- Provide supervision and mentoring to Behavior Technicians
- Develop innovative functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel to client homes (reliable transportation and valid driver's license required)
