Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Associate to assist with onboarding seasonal employees. This is a part-time, temporary role expected to run from February to October, supporting the organization's HR team to ensure a seamless hiring process for seasonal staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage onboarding paperwork for seasonal employees.
• Schedule onboarding appointments in coordination with hiring managers.
• Process required documentation, including W-4s, I-9s, and background checks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed properly.
• Coordinate with various site managers to track and update requisition forms.
• Manage uniform inventory, distribution, and organization.
• Provide administrative support for additional HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to maintain professionalism and tact in all interactions.
