Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Associate to assist with onboarding seasonal employees. This is a part-time, temporary role expected to run from February to October, supporting the organization's HR team to ensure a seamless hiring process for seasonal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage onboarding paperwork for seasonal employees.
- Schedule onboarding appointments in coordination with hiring managers.
- Process required documentation, including W-4s, I-9s, and background checks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed properly.
- Coordinate with various site managers to track and update requisition forms.
- Manage uniform inventory, distribution, and organization.
- Provide administrative support for additional HR projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and tact in all interactions.
