Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing and industrial engineers to meet operational goals and deliver high-quality products.
- Manufacturing & Assembly Oversight: Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, including assembly lines, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining optimal productivity and quality standards.
- CNC Operations: Oversee CNC-related tasks, ensuring machinery is properly set up, maintained, and optimized for production goals.
- Training & Hiring: Develop and implement effective training programs for engineers and technicians, and assist in the hiring process to build a strong, capable team.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as product development and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination across all engineering and production activities.
- Performance Reporting: Track KPIs and key metrics to assess performance, report on operational status, and lead improvement efforts based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering leadership role, preferably in the electrical or temperature components industry.
- Extensive experience with CNC operations, assembly processes, and manufacturing engineering principles.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving continuous improvement within a
