We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Manufacturing Production Worker to join our team at our Florence, KY facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of performing a variety of tasks within a manufacturing setting, primarily focused on assisting with the filling and packaging of reagents.
Job Title: Manufacturing Production Worker
Location: 7381 Empire Drive, Florence, KY 41042, United States
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime as needed, including potential Saturday OT
Contract Length:
6+ months (possibility of extension)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment, including filling and packaging reagents.
- Work effectively within a team, maintain excellent attendance, and adapt to changes as needed.
- Follow company, site, and department procedures, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Accurately record information within documentation, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks of production areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Learn and execute processes of increasing complexity, building skills over time.
- Follow safety standards, work instructions, and wear personal protective equipment.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean techniques.
- Communicate any safety, quality, or production issues immediately to the appropriate personnel.
- Support and maintain 5S activities in the manufacturing areas.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Participate in overtime work as required, including Saturday shifts.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding role.
- Must have the ability to identify and escalate safety, quality, or production concerns immediately.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required.
