Summary:
Project Coordinator with background in Cybersecurity domain i.e. Identity and Access Management, Risk, Compliance, Audit etc. Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence
Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of moderate to high complexity within a single or multiple department(s) within a business unit. Leads and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution.
Responsibilities include:
-Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.
-Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance with standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
-Ensures execution and delivery meet the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
-Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
-Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
-Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
-Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
-Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
-Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor /stakeholders.
-Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
-Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.
Required (hard) skills/experience
• IAM Experience/Understanding or possess relevant experience in Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit domain
• Expert in / Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Communicating and interacting with stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to drive initiatives to conclusion
• Works well independently with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Accountability for developing plans to deliver future state approaches and facilitating the implementation
• Ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor solutions to ensure deadlines are met and risks are addressed
• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows Proficient in problem analysis and solution design
• Strong Presentation skills, including preparing compelling presentations to senior-level executives
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and proactively take initiative Executive presence and ability to lead meetings
• Ability to influence senior leadership Project Management Experience, preferred Excellent knowledge of project management, standards, and processes in a complex program environment with multiple delivery partners
• Experience working in SOR development
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications Agile and waterfall frameworks
• Strong sense of quality and commitment to interact with internal or external clients effectively and professionally
