Pay Range: $50-53/hr

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our team for a 12-month contract with a prestigious financial client. In this role, you will own end-to-end lifecycle accountability, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions while adhering to Enterprise Project Standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure quality deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end technology project delivery, adhering to Enterprise Project Standards for planning, execution, controls, and audit compliance.
• Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including executives.
• Identify critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project budgets, financials, and due diligence to meet financial commitments.
• Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, escalating and resolving them as necessary.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment activities across impacted teams and applications.
• Collaborate with testing teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Develop deployment readiness plans and documentation, coordinating with planned release activities.
• Foster a results-driven environment, driving the team to meet commitments and achieve goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
• Expertise with tools such as JIRA, Remedy, and project management tools (e.g., PPRT, Clarity).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and executives effectively.
• Proven experience in the financial domain or banking industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, timelines, and complex project dependencies.
