- Expertized in different areas "OnBase System Administration", Workflow, Work view & Application programming interface.
- Extensive experience in Capture Process Design, Data capture services, Barcode processing, Interactive Data Capture, Disconnected Scanning, Advanced Capture, Outlook Integration & Mailbox Importer.
- Knowledge in multiple new Hyland products like CCM, Brain ware intelligent capture & Hyland OnBase Integration with different tools
- Experienced in OnBase version upgrades, DB upgrades, Application pool creations, Active directory migrations & sandbox creation & OnBase application packaging.
- Hands on experience in Annual password changes process.
- Strong SQL development skills, Wrote SQL, PLSQL, Stored Procedures required to retrieve the data in Report services, Reporting Dashboards & life cycles.
- Worked on complex work view applications & strong knowledge in work view client-side java scripts.
- Fair understanding of OnBase Core based and Thick Client architecture and good working experience with all OnBase clients.
- Well experienced in Solution designing for the requirements.
- Deep understanding in configure settings related to OnBase functionality such as Document Types, Document Type Groups, AutoFill keyword sets, Data Sets, Keyword Updates.
- Strong knowledge in OnBase HTML E-Forms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API Scripts, VBScripts & Java Scripts.
- Document Type and Keyword Configuration.
- Should be well-versed in creating the Automatic process through OCR (Advance Capture).
- Experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow/work view design.
- Security profile Configuration - Experience in setting security at document type group levels for user groups with overriding privileges for Document Types and Security Context Keywords to restrict document access.
- Document Import Process (DIP) and TIP configuration for storage of documents in OnBase and integration with scan queues for indexing.
- Experience with analysing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow design.
- Configuration of System Tasks, Adhoc User tasks and Timers to meet business and IT SLA.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting OnBase.
- Practical knowledge of the following OnBase modules: Document Imaging, Document Import Processing (Image and Meta-Data), COLD/ERM, Report Services
- Extensive experience with various actions and rules provided by OnBase out of the box.
- Wide knowledge on creating reports using Report Services.
- Certifications (OCWA, OCSA, OCAPI) on OnBase are desired and will be a plus.

- Knowledge and experience on content and metadata Migration from the FileNet system to OnBase.

- Experience in designing the document models and relationship in OnBase
- Requires knowledge on document import mechanisms in OnBase
- Experience in creating and designing workflows using OnBase studio
- Hands on knowledge required to work on the OnBase Workview.
