Senior Leader, HR (Sr HR Manager)

With an innovative business that is ever-adapting to the needs of the public, we are ready to add a Sr. HR Manager to support our office and field staff as we grow.

 

Our opportunity:

 

As our Sr. HR Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead the internal HR team with exciting projects spanning from driving employee engagement initiatives, partnering with managers on the talent acquisition process, owning HR compliance process, and managing HR Operations to maximize HRIS reporting capabilities and overall functionality.

 

You’ll report to the President of our company, have a team of direct reports within HR and work cross-functionally with all leaders at the organization.

 

Located in Elgin, IL with some local travel to our affiliated companies in the Elmhurst, IL area – this role will have remote flexibility.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced HR leader with 7-10 years of progressive HR and management
  • You’ll have recent experience with labor laws at a federal and state level, applying and implementing best practices to comply with required practices at an organization
  • A passionate and dynamic HR professional with proven success around change management and employee engagement
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Certifications such as SHRM-SC or SPRH are highly desired
  • The right candidate for our role will bring their ideas for engaging our current workforce and attracting our future employees
  • Broad-based experience in multiple areas of HR such as employee benefits, employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, performance management, training and development and more would make for an excellent candidate for this position

 

What we offer:

  • An annual salary between $125,000-$135,000 with comprehensive benefits
