Our client is seeking a driven and skilled attorney to join their team, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their partnership initiatives by drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts, with a focus on revenue-generating agreements. This role also includes supporting procurement efforts by reviewing vendor service agreements.

About You

Education & Licensing :

• JD from Accredited University and Admitted to the State bar in which you reside.

Experience :

• Healthcare experience is required for this seat!
• You bring 3+ years of legal experience, including expertise in drafting, reviewing, and advising on a range of commercial agreements such as confidentiality agreements, business associate agreements, health plan contracts, and vendor service agreements.
• Experience working with start-up or smaller healthcare organizations is a plus. Experience working within the Health-Tech field is a plus.

About the Role:

• Location: This is a remote position.
• Compensation: $150,000+
