Salary: $24 - 28 per hour, Depending on Experience

Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative assistance experience at a professional services firm
- Highly organized, adaptable, and a master multi-tasker
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in both Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Primarily supporting one of the partners on various administrative duties
- Answering prospective and current client estate planning phone calls
- Scanning and processing incoming mail
- Scheduling consultations and follow ups with new and existing clients
Bonus Experience
- Previously worked at a law firm, especially in probate and/or estate planning
- Has prepared deeds
- Has knowledge of Clio and/or Wealth Counsel
- Bilingual
- SC Notary License
