Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience. Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed. Plan and coordinate team activities, outings, and events to promote employee engagement and a positive work environment. Assist in organizing and implementing employee engagement activities and programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local labor laws. Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure effective communication and understanding of HR policies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideally, a minimum of two years of professional experience in a human resources role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
