Customer Service Representative for their Property Management division. This role is ideal for professionals with a customer-first mindset who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently. The CSR also supports property management functions and contributes to maintaining a high-service, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to residents via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle property-related inquiries, lease updates, and maintenance follow-ups.
- Process rent payments and support housing applications with the local Housing Authority.
- Perform welcome calls and set up accounts for new residents.
- Conduct delinquency calls to ensure timely rent payments.
- Assist with resident HOA violation management.
- Monitor action items and updates using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the team to support overall property management operations.
Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Yardi, Outlook, and Salesforce (training provided for Salesforce).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership qualities, and ability to handle escalated situations with professionalism.
