Our client in South New Jersey is looking for a Network Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position and candidates must be willing to work a few days a week on site.

Position Description

• Oversee the infrastructure across multiple buildings
• Advanced understanding of Network Engineering.
• Network design, LAN/WAN connectivity, security implementation, and Technology Research.
• Proactively troubleshoot
• Lead a team of Network Engineers and Administrators.
• Make recommendations to the Director of Infrastructure for enhancing network infrastructure
• Manage LAN LAN/WAN, WiFi, and mobile networks in all office locations.
• Oversee the management of Cisco, Palo Alto Firewalls, infrastructure, Aruba Wireless, access points, Fortinet Sdwan, and routers.
• Proactively troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and software applications within Lan, Wan, telephony, and security systems.
• Develop and deploy data network infrastructure- including network capacity management, NOC monitoring, and off hours support.

Requirements

• Previous management experience of a team of 5+ individuals
• Bachelor's degree
• CCNA
• CCNP (Must have within the first year of employment)
