Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IAM/IGA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identity and access provisioning, authentication, and oversight activities, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and internal policies. You will manage and resolve operational issues and process defects that disrupt access and play a key role in improving IAM processes and security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage identity and access provisioning, authentication, and oversight activities in alignment with internal policies and guidelines.
- Take ownership of operational issues or process defects, performing root cause analysis and resolving access disruptions across various platforms and systems.
- Develop, maintain, and update IAM standards and procedural documentation, supporting process assessments, access control redesigns, and future-state ideation sessions.
- Provide advanced technical support for IAM-related issues, including technology, platform, environment, and access administration-related concerns.
- Analyze key metrics and business data to drive continuous improvement, enhance the end-user experience, and optimize the security posture of the IAM function.
- Support and ensure timely and accurate attestations for all control-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, and Directory Services.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes including Identity Governance (JML processes, provisioning, de-provisioning, roles, certification), Privileged Access Management (vaulting, password management, secrets management), and Certificate & Key Management .
- Hands-on experience with compute platforms including Windows, Linux, Mainframes, and Databases.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational issues and lead problem resolution initiatives.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
