Role: Data Innovation Specialist

Client is currently seeking a Databricks Data Innovation Specialist in the Digital Nexus - Data Organization.

• Responsibilities:
• Perform technology or tools assessment to determine market trends and ‘fit’ in client landscape to support evolving business needs.
• Evaluate technologies or architecture patterns and oversee their implementation from concept to working product.
• Conduct studies of new technologies and tools to provide more efficient, cost-effective, and innovative technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement data solutions using the Databricks Intelligence platform to drive business innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver advanced analytics and generative AI use cases leveraging Databricks Mosaic AI capabilities.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects to evaluate the feasibility of new ideas and scale successful initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and best practices for leveraging Databricks tools and features effectively.
• Train and mentor team members on Databricks capabilities and advanced analytics techniques.
• Partner with stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 7+ years demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, GenAI and Machine Learning capabilities.
