Role Description
As a Civil Engineering Project Manager specializing in land development, you will provide direction to design staff and oversee overall project design, coordination, and execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects with a focus on land development.
- Provide direction and mentorship to design staff throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, municipality staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Review and approve project designs, ensuring compliance with local municipality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Prepared and presented project proposals, reports, and updates to clients and management.
- Foster a collaborative and cooperative team environment to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Required).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development (Preferred).
- Proficiency in Civil 3D (5 years of experience required).
- Professional Registration as a Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local municipality standards and staff is a major plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
