Title: Clinical Research Project Manager

Type: 5 days/week in person

Contract: 3–6-month Contract to Hire

Clinical Research Project Manager will be supporting the renal/cardiovascular studies group within the Division of Research.

Responsibilities:

• Managing study teams, recruitment and enrollment
• Overseeing study visit completion
• Developing study materials
• Maintaining regulatory and study files
• Running study meetings
• Preparing reports and IRB submissions
• Develop and maintaining study manual of procedures

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Clinical Trials and management
• Renal/cardiovascular/public health research experience preferred, but not required

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to work successfully with a wide variety of project staff and research participants
• Must be dependable and able to follow detailed protocols precisely
• Have ability to work with shifting priorities
• Exhibit a professional manner with a high degree of courtesy, tact, and sensitivity
• Work well independently as well as part of a larger multi-disciplinary research team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
