*Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM*

*Salary: $35/Hr. - $55/Hr. (based on experience)*



*Job Description*

· As a Registered Nurse the Emergency Department, you will be part of a high-performing team providing care to an average of 260 patients daily.

· The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.



*General Duties*

· Assess, plan, and implement patient care for a wide variety of cases in the Emergency Department.

· Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide the best patient outcomes.

· Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring prompt communication of changes in status.

· Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocols.

· Educate patients and their families on health conditions and discharge instructions.



*Required Qualifications*

· Experience: Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience.

· Nurses with only 1 year of experience are eligible to apply but not for the sign-on bonus.

· Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.

· Certifications: Must currently hold or obtain the following certifications within three months of hire:

· Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

· Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

· National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

· Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred

*Compensation & Differentials*

· Evening Shift: +$3.00/hour

· Night Shift: +$4.50/hour

· Weekend: +$1.90/hour



*Sign-On Bonus*

· $10,000 for full-time (0.9 FTE) RN commitment for 2 years in the Emergency Department.

· $5,000 for part-time (0.6 FTE) RN commitment for 2 years in the Emergency Department.



*Preferred Qualifications*

· Previous experience in high-volume Emergency Departments

· Strong critical thinking and communication skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
