We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to join our client’s outpatient facility team. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated nursing professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while supporting staff and ensuring efficient operations. The Assistant Nurse Manager will collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily clinical activities, enhance workflows, and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist in the management and supervision of clinical nursing staff, ensuring adherence to standards of care and facility protocols.
* Act as a role model and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage for patient care.
* Monitor and support the delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with evidence-based practices.
* Address and resolve patient concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment.
* Support the implementation of new policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize care delivery.
* Assist with onboarding, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
* Provide direct patient care when needed, serving as a clinical resource to staff.
* Ensure proper documentation of patient care in compliance with legal and institutional requirements.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
* Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY.
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
* At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer._
