As a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and patient-centered care to women throughout the continuum of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. *Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive prenatal assessments, including physical examinations, health history reviews, and diagnostic tests.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to monitor the health and progress of expectant mothers.
* Provide expert care during labor and childbirth, offering emotional support, pain management, and guidance to ensure a positive birthing experience.
* Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for both mother and baby.
* Conduct postpartum assessments and provide ongoing care to new mothers and their infants.
* Offer guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
* Provide routine gynecological care, including annual exams, family planning services, and reproductive health education.
* Diagnose and treat common gynecological conditions.
* Educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care, fostering informed decision-making and self-care.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including obstetricians, pediatricians, and nurses, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory standards.

*Requirements:*
* Master's degree in Nurse-Midwifery from an accredited program.
* Current certification as a Nurse Midwife.
* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
