Job Title : Bilingual HR Coordinator
Location : Irving, TX
Pay : $26 per hour (potential for $27-$28/hr)
About Our Client :
Addison Group is hiring for a Bilingual HR Administrator for our client in Irving, TX. This contract-to-hire position is with a growing organization that is looking for support in managing the high volume of new hires. The role is initially focused on data entry and administrative tasks, with the potential to evolve as the company continues to grow.
Job Description :
Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Administrator to assist with entering new hire data into the HRIS system, processing I-9 forms, setting up drug tests, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Data entry of employee information into the HRIS system
  • Assist with processing I-9 forms and other new hire documentation
  • Set up drug tests and coordinate onboarding tasks
  • Support employee orientation and general HR administrative functions
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of tasks
Qualifications :
  • 2+ years of HR coordination or HR administration experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of work
  • Positive, high-energy attitude and a proactive work approach
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
