The role is initially focused on data entry and administrative tasks, with the potential to evolve as the company continues to grow.
Job Description :
Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Administrator to assist with entering new hire data into the HRIS system, processing I-9 forms, setting up drug tests, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data entry of employee information into the HRIS system
- Assist with processing I-9 forms and other new hire documentation
- Set up drug tests and coordinate onboarding tasks
- Support employee orientation and general HR administrative functions
- Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of tasks
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of HR coordination or HR administration experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of work
- Positive, high-energy attitude and a proactive work approach
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
