Location: Centennial, CO (South Denver)

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Job Description:
The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations and leading a team of patient service representatives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations, staff supervision, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
  • Manage daily front office operations, including patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and point-of-service collections.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as insurance verification rates and patient form completion.
  • Ensure non-clinical supplies are maintained across multiple locations.
  • Provide cross-coverage and support for front office and phone team tasks when needed.
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 employees, including remote scheduling staff.
  • Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Set clear expectations for team performance and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Foster a positive team environment to promote retention and engagement.
  • Handle escalated patient concerns and operational issues with professionalism.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as a key liaison between patient services, clinical staff, billing, and leadership.
  • Encourage open communication and teamwork to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure updates and changes in policies or processes are communicated effectively to the team.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare front office operations, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and pre-authorizations.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with electronic systems and experience in a highly technical environment (G-Suite, Mac systems, ModMed).
Additional Details:
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required depending on surgery schedules.
  • Environment: Fast-paced, family-owned practice that values cultural fit and a team-oriented approach.
  • Start Date: Early February preferred, but flexibility for the right candidate.
  • Interview Process: Two-step process, including a screening interview and an in-person interview with key leaders.
