About the Role - Are you looking for your next great and long term role? Consider joining our vibrant team as the next HR Coordinator. We are looking for a full time, organized HR Coordinator that will oversee administrative tasks of a full life-cycle of an employee - from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between. Your focus will be on maintaining the welcoming and positive work environment, while keeping up to date records and helping employees succeed by providing support.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Full cycle recruitment - Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect employee benefits and compliance requirements.
  • HRIS management through ADP.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
  • Collaborate with HR team members to implement process changes that increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.
  • Work with the Director of HR on various projects.
  • Assist with people operations audits with compliance related reporting submissions including but not limited to, EEOC, ACA, etc.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Google Suites
  • Minimum 1 year (current) experience in ADP WorkforceNow
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in Restoration Industry

Pay range and compensation package - Salary range is $52,500 to 62,000, although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s education, experience, skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
