Job Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Product Manager with 3-5+ years of experience to lead and support Salesforce projects, CRM initiatives, and marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management within Salesforce, journey creation, and personalization, and can define requirements while collaborating across marketing and IT teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Product Manager for Salesforce projects, defining and prioritizing requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and marketing, to develop and deliver CRM capabilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product roadmaps and user stories.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within Salesforce.
  • Proven experience supporting Salesforce projects as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing technologies.
  • Experience with journey creation, campaign management, and personalization.
  • Ability to define product strategies, gather and document requirements, and support the implementation of solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
