As a Civil Structural Resident Engineer , you’ll be at the heart of the action, providing on-site expertise to ensure the project's civil and structural elements are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for civil and structural works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor contractor activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality expectations, and safety protocols.
• Review technical designs, drawings, and specifications, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline project execution.
• Provide daily progress updates and reports to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar resident engineer or site-based role within industrial or complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural systems, and codes/standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
