Position: Personal Injury Litigation Associate
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Work Options Available)
Salary: $125,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Our Atlanta-based personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the field.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake to resolution.
•Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
•Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
•Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
•Develop and implement case strategies to secure favorable outcomes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
•3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
•Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
•A demonstrated commitment to client service.
•Active membership in the Georgia Bar.
