Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to independently develop software solutions by analyzing user needs, studying systems flow, and following the software development lifecycle.
This position involves working with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to support business objectives, troubleshoot complex software issues, and ensure efficient and secure operation of the enterprise software.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop software solutions independently by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, and following the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform cloud-based enterprise applications to support business objectives.
- Analyze, design, and develop practical and efficient solutions for complex software issues.
- Develop, test, deploy, and provide post-deployment support for enterprise software applications.
- Maintain strict attention to privacy and security when managing databases of client information.
- Administer and design credit card transaction integrations for web applications and ensure PCI compliance.
- Ensure secure and operational API communications between web applications and cloud services such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM.
- Research and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance application features and performance.
- Manage SQL Databases and other data connections for seamless communication with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with IT management and leadership to recommend solutions for complex projects.
- Translate business requirements into viable technical architectures and designs, and document solutions with clear code and technical documentation.
- Provide mentorship and technical assistance to software engineers, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Serve as a technical lead and audit other engineers' code to provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee website analytics and assist in business unit reporting.
- Act as a Disaster Recovery Team Member and participate in necessary disaster recovery testing.
- Communicate with the EDA staff to ensure that applications meet business needs and promote a collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in developing and managing web applications.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, code merge, deployments, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure SQL, SQL Server, MS SSIS, and third-party integration tools.
- Expert knowledge in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Azure, and DevOps (at least 5 years).
- Extensive experience in project management tools like Git, DevOps, and JIRA.
- Knowledge of web standards and development using HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0, SharePoint, and JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365.
- Experience in administering credit card payment processing and ensuring PCI compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines effectively.
- Knowledge of relational database structures and expertise in portal web app development.
Physical Demands: - Ability to perform essential job functions in a sedentary position, including frequent use of a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
- Occasional need to move around the office for meetings and other tasks.
