This is a full-time on-site Associate Attorney role located in the Lake Geneva office. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling estate planning and probate, real estate, corporate transactions, and litigation in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Attend court

Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in the desired subject areas
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• An active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin
• Ability to take ownership of matters and demonstrate independent initiative
• Experience working with clients in a professional setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
