Are you a results-driven supply chain leader with a passion for driving procurement excellence? We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Lead to take the reins of our procurement strategy for the Americas. If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for analytics, sourcing expertise, and a vision for the future, this is your opportunity to shine.


As the International Senior Supply Chain Leader – Lead Buyer , you’ll be at the forefront of procurement strategy, ensuring seamless operations and identifying opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategizing for Success : Define and execute the regional procurement strategy for the commodity portfolio, leveraging market insights and advanced analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Project Management Excellence : Lead procurement projects, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and achieving on-time delivery of materials.
  • Tailored Sourcing Plans : Develop strategic and tactical sourcing approaches aligned with local and regional demand, while integrating North and South American strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership : Build strong communication channels with Department Leads, Business Unit Stakeholders, and Regional Buyers to foster teamwork and alignment.
  • End-to-End Procurement Oversight : Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from purchase intent to successful material delivery, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Supplier Management : Select, negotiate, and manage key supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and long-term partnerships.
  • Regional Strategy Contribution : Collaborate with Regional Presidents and business unit leaders to develop strategic make-or-buy decisions and drive overall business objectives.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in supply chain leadership , with a strong emphasis on sourcing, procurement, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends to inform procurement strategies.
  • A Bachelor's or University Degree in Engineering, Business, Business Administration, Technical field, Education, Business School, MBA, Supply Chain Management, Associates, or Management
  • Preferred certifications include ISM, CPIM, CPM, VCA, APICS, CPPB, ISO, ERP, PMP, MRP.
