Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assembly Manager to oversee our assembly operations. The Assembly Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production within the assembly department while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the assembly team, ensuring effective performance and a positive working environment. Responsible for a team of 8 builders and electricians.
• Oversee staffing needs, provide training, and mentor team members to develop their skills.
• Establish and monitor team goals, offering feedback and guidance to improve overall performance.
• Must be a hands on manager who enjoys working alongside the team.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years management or lead experience in a production environment.
