Sterling Engineering is looking for a Reliability Engineer for a leading manufacturer of consumer packaging solutions in Marcon, GA. This is a great opportunity with with a company that has great benefits!

Job Duties:

• Ensure prompt completion of RCFA’s and corrective actions.
• Track equipment downtime, repetitive failures, and causes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain reliability improvement plans for machinery.
• Update spare parts, equipment, and BOM in SAP.
• Integrate reliability improvements into routine and outage work.
• Provide technical support to Reliability, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
• Enhance predictive technology utilization to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Support planners with PM development and inventory recommendations.
• Develop and implement reliability and precision maintenance standards.
• Support capital and repair projects.
• Champion safety and reliability in all capital and repair projects.
• Contribute to five-year repair plan and capital planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of reliability experience, industrial maintenance preferred (Pulp and Paper experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of reliability concepts and application.
