Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the organization’s overall technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, software systems, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Act as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Digital Transformation:
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools and technologies into existing operations.
- Drive the adoption of innovative platforms such as cloud solutions, ERP systems, and data analytics.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of key technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP of Technology, or equivalent) combined with hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex digital transformation projects, including ERP systems and process automation.
- Exceptional project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
