Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in personal injury or property damage cases? We’re seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join a sought-after firm, with an opportunity to lead and manage their Colorado office .

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in first-party property damage cases , including wind, fire, hail, storm, and tornado-related claims.
• Advocate on the plaintiff side , working closely with homeowners to fight against insurance companies for fair compensation.
• Serve as the Lead Attorney for the Colorado office, with responsibilities including management, team leadership, and office operations.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of cases, and manage depositions, mediations, and court appearances as necessary.
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional legal guidance throughout the case lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal injury cases or property damage cases
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the Colorado State Bar.
• 3 plus years of experience in personal injury and/or property damage litigation (first-party property damage experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently from start to finish.
• Proven experience in working with homeowners and fighting insurance companies on the plaintiff side.
• Leadership or management experience is a plus, as the role involves overseeing office operations and team members.
