What You Will Do

• You will ensure that Safety rules are fully applied in all aspects of the Facility Maintenance Department
• You will ensure that the necessary energy is availability for production lines and the plant
• You will take care of all energy network errorless operations. (Electricity, press-air, exhaust, nitrogen, etc)
• You will establish and maintain all necessary maintenance contracts with suppliers, and participate in yearly negotiations with those suppliers
• You will find new methods/equipment to reduce energy consumption
• You will ensure the faultless operation of HVAC (cooling/heating/fresh air) systems within the building
• You will maintain all logistic related equipment. (Forklifts, small trains, wagons, etc)
• You will prepare and oversee the Facility Maintenance Department budget
• You will manage the upkeep outside the building (cleaning, gardening, snow cleaning service, etc)
• You will maintain all equipment and furniture in the building and cafeteria
• You will manage all security related equipment (gates, fences, camera systems, etc)
• You will handle other related duties as assigned

Pay Information

• Minimum: $80,200
• Median: $90,500
• Maximum: $113,000

What You Should Have

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
• You have 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
• You have proven experience with building or moving manufacturing sites
• You have knowledge of the local construction industry to make link with legal and regulatory engineering authorities
