Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense cases from inception through resolution
• Represent clients in court for hearings, conferences, and motions
• Participate in depositions
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct Hearings

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of Litigation Defense experience. Admission to the Florida State Bar.
