Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days in office)
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000

Vaco LA is partnering with a leading company in the
Retail Beauty industry to find a
Senior Manager, Account Services who will play a key role in
transforming order intake processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction . This role is ideal for a
strategic leader with experience in operations, account services, and sales support , particularly within the
beauty industry and big-box retailers .
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Oversee and prioritize B2B and PR orders , ensuring all processes meet client deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current workflows and develop standardized, streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- System Optimization: Identify and recommend improved sales order tracking tools or methods to enhance visibility and productivity .
- EDI & Manual Order Entry: Manage and improve EDI system processes and manual order entry for accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to align with organizational goals and maximize performance.
- Client Expertise: Serve as a trusted resource for key B2B partners , offering hands-on support and solutions.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Foster a solution-oriented culture , encouraging quick decision-making and accountability .
- Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the beauty and retail industry to implement best practices and drive business success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, account services, or sales support .
- Experience in the Beauty or Fashion industry required, with prior work with big-box retailers (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Target, etc.) .
- Strong understanding of order management, EDI systems, and manual order entry .
- Proven ability to redesign workflows and implement new systems or software solutions .
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills , with the ability to motivate and align teams.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
